Best way to manage time is make a daily work schedule write down your work time , write down task for each day and allocate specific time slots , Include study sessions , exercise if you do , meals and leisure time to maintain balance . You can use google calendar, notion , todoist for time schedule , it is a great way to manage time , so do it . And every genius or famous scientist use this method for work .
and you can read books on your leisure this is a good habit,
Prioritize your work for managing a good time table -
if a work is urgent mark it as immediate , important but not urgent schedule , urgent but not important delegate and neither eliminate it .
Try to do high impact work first
SET Realistic Goal it is important break large tasks to smaller achievable ,
avoid multitasking which i often do it cause errors and reduce efficiency try to avoid it make a one goal focus .
You can also use pomodoro technique which i use in my past days the technique is -
study for 25 minute then rest for 5 minute again do, after 4 cycle take a long rest 15 to 20 minute the repeat it . It is a useful technique you can focus on your work properly and reduce frustration.
So do it for a good result .
2. Organised Study Environment :
A cluttered or noisy environment can reduce focus , distract attention and if you study on a sound environment your concentration will be boost , your brain will feel that it's time for work .
Organize your study space :
remove all unnecessary things from your study table , put only essentials things like book notebook pencil case and laptop if needed , use natural lights and use ergonomic chairs for comfort and remove back pain , you need to switch off all your distraction on your digital device like phone if using it turn off all notification use do not disturb mode , separate study zone to relax areas signal your brain to switch study mode , organize textbooks , notebooks and resources for easy access .
3.Healthy Life Style Habits :
Health is the key of productivity it really matters to your study and other works if stay fit it keep your mind sound make your productive , physical and mental health directly affect focus , memory and energy level students often neglect sleep , nutrition , and exercise which lead to poor performance .
Prioritize your sleep aim for 7 - 9 hour sleep which improve focus and release HGH hormone and try to avoid studying at late night fatigue reduces efficiency , exercise regularly you don't need to do bodybuilding exercise you can walk for 20-25 minute to maintain balance , eat brain boosting foods include fruits , vegetables , healthy fats , and drink water for good hydration you should need to drink at least 2-3 litre water daily , short breakouts for study reduce burnouts , balance study and social life and taking care of your mental health improves your concentration and improve motivation .
so if you stay healthy you can be productive and make it your mind and body sound .
4. Set Consistent Goal :
without clear goals students may drift through studies without progress , goals provide direction , motivation and a way to measure improvement .
How to set effective Goal :
Try to become smart choose achievable , measurable , relevent and time bound goal , it makes sense if you try a goal like complete your whole syllabus within 1 month it's craziness, set a goal like to get 85% on math try 1 practise daily for 4 week it is acceptable so make a goal that you can achieve i also made these type of goals in my past days i didn't achieve a goal for this uncertain goal .
another type of goal is daily goal try to make a plan for each day in a week , that make you to achieve goal easy and you can also do is like you are planning to read a 600 page book in a month so write down it as a daily goal like i will read 20 page daily so you can finish the whole book in a month .
5. Distraction kill dopamine detox :
Social Media , Gaming , and other digital distraction can kill your productivity and derail your study sessions so try to make a limited time to use social Media .
Strategies to Kill Distraction :
You need to kill distraction for get a good result in your study or work and if you win the game in your life ,
Foremost THING is make a distant between to your phone and yourself , when you will sit for study use do not disturb mode or focus mode on your mobile , schedule your social media try to allocate a specific time for using social media and avoid mindless scrolling during study hours , use pomodoro technique to balance focus and breaks it helps you to maintain high focus during your study sessions .
